Really needed that recovery today

My body really needed that recoevery workout today! Feels good now that it's done so I will be ready for tomorrow's Max Cardio plus either cardio abs or insane abs.

i love the rest of the week this week. no more plyo until next week and we get core cardio and balance friday. what a treat!0

Yeah but it says to do Max Interval Sports Training if you have it on Friday so I guess that's what I'll be doing!0 -

i have that one and insane abs too but here is my plan... do the regular schedule (cardio core and balance, cardio abs) and then when i'm done with insanity i plan on alternating max interval sports training, insane abs, and cardio core and balance for a few weeks. at this point i want to say i have "finished" the program and i figure if i do the regular ones i will have more motivation to try the extra disks later.0
