Hi,
If anyone is or knows someone who lives in around Dublin my friend runs a fitness class called ShapeUp in St Enda's Park Rathfarnham on a Saturday morning and Tuesday & Thursday evening.
It is only brilliant, it has really got me on the right route to fitness!!! Not as strict as boot camp but just as good. Message me if you are interested and I'll 'send more info.
