Good morning ladies!!
How is everyone doing so far with their fruits and veggies?? I know it's still early, but so far I've eaten both veggies now just need to work on my fruit for a snack before lunch..This morning I was craving a salad and that's what I ate for brkfast and it was yummy ))..I def. need to get more protein in my diet to help with my weight loss due to the fact that today is day 1 of NO BREAD!! uuuggghhhh this had better do as good as it did last time..this evening will be the 4th workout for the week, and I need 2 more work outs to hit my personal goal..

Its great to hear that you are keeping up with your goals! So far I am good with the veggies and fruits, I have also frank plenty of water, but I have been slacking at logging in my diary!
I havent worked out so far! I know I have a goal to get these workouts in and that there are no excuses but I have been super busy with my sons b day party coming up this weekend! Anyhow, I know if I want that scale to drop, I need to put some effort into this! I am going to make my best effort to get a workout in today!0 -
Good luck with no bread! Better you than me! LOL...I'm still not doing so hot with fruits and veggies but I did eat pineapples for snack this morning and I plan on eating broccoli & cheese with my steak tonight. Hopefully I can start doing this on a daily basis. I can't wait to be done with 30DS! I took the weekend off so I should be done one day next week. I've been trying to do RI30 along with it but I can't ever find time for some reason. Maybe I should just wait til 30DS is over. I started back to school Monday so I need to try and stay in the books too. Hope everyone enjoys the rest of their day...0
