Hey y'all! Glad that I found this group on here! I just purchased my first Leslie DVD [Walk Slim 4 Fast & Firm Miles] last week, and have loved every minute of it! I honestly look forward to walking with her everyday.

So far, I have only been doing the first 2 miles and the strecth on the DVD, mostly because that's as long as I can usually get my son to nap for & becasue I'm new to her program and thought it would be better for me to 'take it easy' for the first week so I didn't injure myself as my body got used to the workouts.

I am looking forward to seeing the successes that I will have with Leslie! Hope all is well for you!

The Walk at Home (inclu. Walk Slim) series are chaptered. You should be able to "skip" a couple miles in the 4 miler with your remote control ... you could even "create" a 1 mile workout by doing the warmup & then skipping to the last mile. This will give you some variety.

Leslie is great; I love walking with her as well!

Glad you found our group and joined our challenge! I am a serious Leslie addict and never get tired of walking with her. And it WORKS! I have been walking with Les since January of last year and have lost 46 lbs so far.

Smart move starting out slow, don't worry, you'll be going another mile in no time.

I too am new, found a one mile clip on the internet and have just ordered a few dvds to get some variety and increase my workouts! eager to walk it all off!
