Homemade No Fat Low Cal Brownies

I'm going to make me some brownies.
Homemade No Fat Low Cal Brownies

You'll need:
3/4 brown sugar
1/2 whole wheat flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 egg whites, lightly beaten
1 tsp vanilla extract
2/3 cup unsweetened apple sauce
1/4 unsweetened cocoa powder
Pre-heat oven to 350. Spray a shallow pan with cooking spray.
Blend all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Pour into pan and bake for 30 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes. When cutting, divide into 16 pieces.
Nutrition Info:
Calories: 60
Carbs: 14g
Fat: 0g
Protein: 1g
Sugar: 9g
Sodium: 52mg

As much as I am a chocoholic, I'm not really fond of brownies or chocolate cake. I just like mine on its own or covering a biscuit or confectionery bar.
I do like cake, but prefer a plain Madeira Cake or Carrot cake0 -
I made the recipe this morning. Ate 4 pieces hot from the pan. Am on a choco high. Buzzzzzz.0
