If im totally honest...bloody crap! :-( been a pooey week0 -
Badly!!
Eating wise, I can easily stick between 1200 - 1400 calories, but exercise wise, i hate it! I cant motivate myself to do any at all.0 -
I hope that iv not done too bad this week iv gone over a couple of times but im making up for it so im hoping that iv lost at leste 1 maybe 2lb0

As of this morning, I haven't lost anything! :grumble: I have been doing a lot of strength training this week, so maybe that's why.0

Am I the only one with positive results this week? I've busted my butt to keep the calories down to make up for 5 cheat days in the last two weeks.
I still haven't added any exercise to my weekly routine, but I'm walking in a 5K tomorrow...that'll be fun!0 -
