Friday-700yd swim AM 30 mile bike ride PM
Saturday-30 mile bike ride followed by 3 mile run Brick
Sunday-700yd swim followed by 30 mile bike ride
Friday-700yd swim AM 30 mile bike ride PM

I'm off tomorrow so I can bump around the Iroman Village, so it's the official start to my weekend.
Friday- 2.5 hours on the bike, HR under 145 with a 25 minute T run
Saturday- Spectating at Ironman Texas
Sunday- 1:30 run w/ HR under 145, 1 hour recovery ride.0 -
Friday: Off day
Saturday: 3 hour Bike, Brick into 1 hour Run

Friday - 1 hour swim 400 WU, 15 X 100 (10 Seconds Rest) Main Set, 400 Cooldown
Saturday - 60 Mile Bike, 90 Minute Run
Sunday - Open Water Swim (Couple of Miles?), 30 Mile Bike. Supposed to be big hills which I love so excited about this route.0
