How much extra carbs/fat/protein should I be eating?

So I can add 500 extra calories to my diet but in eating them I go way over in fats and protein. I typically try to go for more low carb (avoiding breads and most grains) and get lots of good fats (avacado and coconut oil). What is the best way to eat these extra calories? Do I need to adjust the other catagories?

That's what I do... I am actually glad to see when my carbs are low and I'm over on fat and protein. I just don't pay much attention to the division of the calories, just the total amount. I figure as long as the fat/protein is from good sources, it's just fine. And if I go over a bit on calories, I think that's better than being under. It's my weekly weigh in and the accountability that is most important at this point!
It's nice to see someone else doing it that way (lower carb, higher good fat and protein).

If you look at the nutrition information for some of the breastfeeding options on the food database they have worked it out for you.

Yes, so it means you have to eat extra to get up to 0 (if you know what I mean!!)0
