Hi everybody ,I'm Bob fron Oregon. I've been a Christian since 1992 and have always played on a worship team. At this time I'm not and I really miss it. I want to lose....no...I'm GOING to lose at least 50 lbs. I've had a pot belly ever since my early 30s and I'm tired of it. I also want to have more energy, i'm 60 but far from ready to quit, life is just too much fun..:happy:
