How many calories do you burn for let's say 30 minutes of dancing? 1 hour?

    I use a chest strap HRM monitor and I've burnt 1000 to 1150+ calories on JD3 playing about 45mins to 1 hour. I'm also 5'3 and weigh 190. I also play the harder songs and put my all into it.. I've calculated about 25-30 calories per song. This depends on which songs.

    Thanks so much...If you burn 1000-1150 calories I guess my estimate of 500 calories in 1 hour are not off... I'm 5'2 and 137 lbs.
