Mixing up insanity schedule

Has anyone ever mixed up the schedule and still lost weight/saw results? What I mean is, maybe only do it 3 days a week and walk/jog the other days?

I don't see how you can do it WITHOUT losing weight if you are eating right, even if it is for 3 days!0
