60 sec plank today.
I'm so tired after last night's yoga class. Still...kind of disappointed I have only added time once! Where are my core muscles? Shouldn't I be getting stronger? Am I really just too tired from other exercise? :grumble:

jlbay--I am sure you are getting stronger! I find there are some days where I can hold it and others where i am just wiped out. I made it to 2 min once this month and have yet to get back there. Until today, i had a whole week where I was struggling to get 50-60 secs. I do feel like my core is slightly tighter though. Maybe it will take more than a month! Hang in there...0 -
:drinker: :drinker: :drinker: :drinker: today 80 seconds
walked my dogs this morning and went to line dance class, but then spent the rest of the day in sit down meetings and at a restaurant for dinner...I'd rather be exercising
jlbay, I survived the dentist (I am 66 years old and still have all my teeth, so I guess the effort is worth it) the plank is a tough exercise and 60 seconds is great especially after a lot of other exercise.....it uses a lot more than just your core...never, never, never give up0 -
