Max Interval Sports Training

Anyone else do this today? This is a deluxe DVD so if you dont' have it you should do Core Cardio and Balance today. I am so glad I go the deluxe DVDs this workout was a nice change of pace! Not only do you get a lot more breaks but it's not repetitive at all but still very challenging. He does pick it up a bit at the end with the ladders and bronco jumps or whatever they are called.

I really feel good after that and will enjoy my rest day tomorrow before doing the fit test again on Sunday along with Max Interval

    I did it this week too! I was getting a little bored with the workouts:)
