Here are some easy recipes you can whip up in just minutes!
Use ground turkey mix it in a bowl with finely minced onion , paprika , squirt of lemon juice, parsley , grated carrot and 2 egg whites . Mix in a bowl to form patties. Cook on stove or on a grill and put on whole wheat bun with low fat mayo and grilled onion on top. Garnish it with spinach, low fat mayo or mustard and american cheese. ENJOY!

1.) Pita Pizza - take a whole wheat pita cut in half then in bowl mix tomatoe paste with a drizzle of olive oil , brush mixture on pita then put shredded low fat mozzarella and veggies on top, put in oven at 325 degrees until toppings have melted

BEST TOPPINGS I ENJOY

-Mushrooms
-Chicken
-Olives
-Red peppers
-Spinach

You can really put anything you want on it, just don't go overboard with toppings.
