Hey! Since most of us are short on time with all the events normal for this time of year...how about today or tomorrow shorten the workout time but increase the intensity! It is just as effective! So, crank it up! Go hard! If on treadmill increase speed for 30-45 second bouts 5 times....same for any cardio machine. Do some pylometrics....increase wt by 2-5 pounds today. Intensity can be just as vital as endurance! That way you can still get a good quality hard workout in 20-30 min instead of 1+ hours!
