Need Support (in Seattle)

Been at MFP a little over a year. Been out for decades. Have been steadily accomplishing my goals and transforming my life. I have hit a very difficult emotional place that is more difficult because I'm isolated from queer community temporarily.

Anyone live in or near Seattle that would like to train together or just take in the season's festivals, Farmer's Markets, etc. Looking for Pacific Northwest LGBT, allies, PFLAG folk, etc. I need my rainbow family.

In addition, if anyone not near Seattle would mind taking a look at my blog here and leaving a note if anything speaks to you, I'd appreciate it. http://www.myfitnesspal.com/blog/ResilientWoman

Doing my best to defeat isolation, move through a great grief, and keep my spirit shining for my 6 1/2 yo daughter who is hurting as badly as I am with less tools to handle it all with while she heals.

Thanks,
RW

I don't live near Seattle, unfortunately, but am sending you a friend request for MFP. Also upvoted your blog. Some really good stuff there. I eat mostly gluten-free due to the sensitivity. There's a Gluten-free group here you might want to join.

Good luck through this rough patch. Know you're not alone.
