Hi everyone!! . I am a 45 years old, mom of two teen boys. I have been using Leslie Sansone for about two months. My weight is 153.8 (Yikes) :sad: and would love to loss about 20 pounds.

I have her Five Really Big Miles DVD and really enjoy it. When I do the entire DVD, I get a guaranteed 8,000 step workout.
Take your time and baby steps with the weight loss. It's not easy but not impossible, either.0 -
Also a newbie here to MFP and Leslie- I found a link on line to a one mile walk and it looks like a good way for me to work out around a crazy work schedule. Any one have suggestions for beginner-intermediate ones to get?0
