So my dear husband gave me his flu and I just don't have the energy or the body strength to do my workout. I'd stay in bed and sleep all day if I could!! I was thinking of making today a rest day anyway lol! Back at it tomorrow, supposing my husband has to pick me up off the floor! He's an EMR anyway, so I'm safe lol.
I hope everyone is enjoying their weekend, and to my Canadian Friends... I hope you enjoy your long weekend! :happy:

I hope you feel better! Rest up and get well! I I did ripped in 30 level 2 for the last time today. I start level 3 tomorrow. I hope to be ripped really soon!!! :laugh:0 -
I can't believe we are on day 5 already! Today was a rest day and I really needed it. I jumped up to Level 3 on 30 DS because I just wasn't improving on Level 2 anymore. What a killer! But I like it better, so I'll stay with it.0

I've been playing around with the 6W6P. I'm going to try the banish fat (can't remember the name) something DVD.
