Hello All...I just got my gym membership & I'm looking forward to using it. I plan on wrking out @ my home gym which is in Royal Oak Mi. If your in the area or have a membership ladies...join me for a class or a wrkout. Write back if you want to set up a time & day. I plan on going in the am before noon or in the evening after 5pm. They say this whole support thing works...so I'm trying it.
