Week 3 complete :)

Hey everyone I've officially made it through 3 weeks of insanity. I have to say I love this program I feel that it's just what I need at my fitness level. I have seen some major improvement since day one. Day one the workout was hard and I had to take frequent breaks, now I'm done to no or little breaks each workout. My endurance has greatly improved in these 3 short weeks! I've noticed big changes in my body including my legs which I've been struggling to tone mg inner thighs and my calves are ridiculously ripped lol! My tummy is also getting smaller YAY! So how's everyone else doing? Feeling? Seeing any results?

    Yay! We are on the road to 6-packs! I feel a lot more toned since starting, pretty much all over. I also have much more endurance and take fewer breaks. I am loving it. Although one thing surprised me, I have only lost maybe 3 lbs since starting. I guess if I am also gaining muscle then any loss is good, but I am also not following the food plan. I probably average 1300-1400 cals/day on workout days. How has your weight loss been?

    I've been seeing so much improvement! I've got a 6 pack forming (under my layers of fat) and my endurance has never been this good in my entire life. I was so excited on Saturday because instead of collapsing onto the couch after Insanity like I always do I actually still felt energized and took my shower right away. My weight has been holding steady, but from what I've read it's water weight repairing muscles, as well as the muscle toning. It seems like people start to see the weight loss more in the 2nd month, I'm hoping it holds true for me too.

    wendyjo3-You can totally ignore me if you want, but that doesn't seem like enough calories for Insanity.
