How soon did you start seeing results?

Hey Everyone! I did this dvd for about a week, and then for some reason stopped. Im gonna on vacation in about 3 weeks and noticed that my thighs are looking awful, well to me they do. Im planning on starting KB&T again tomorrow, Im just wondering how soon you starting to see results? I know this isnt a miracle workout lol but Im hoping that if I work hard i'll be able to tell a difference in 3 weeks. So how soon did you start seeing results?

Its very hard to tell and very individual, it has to with diet as well. The program is 4 weeks and if you dont see any progression at the end of it I would guess your weights were to light or that your calorie deficit, if its fat loss your aiming at, simpl was not big enough.
I mean, when you say results, what are we talking about? weightloss, fatloss or muscle definition? It can mean a lot of different things to different people.0
