What should I expect doing: core cardio and balance?!?

Well I am almost done with month 1..
All I have is this wk left which is the "CORE CARDIO AND BALANCE" workout..
um, Honestly I haven't lost ne new inches at all or the scale has not budged one bit..
and thats okk the fact is I am gettin stronger..I am pushing hard thru it too W/hardly ne breaks but o well I lose weight slow I guess...
and yea maybe the definition of real weight loss doesn't come off for some ppl till Month #2???????
Either way, with weight loss or not I'm just gonna keep at it.. and even if I have to re-do a whole other set of 60days I will
But if ne one knows what Core Cardio and Balance is like plz do share and how month 2 is?

Core cardio and balance is fun:) As for the workouts in month 2, they are intense but doable ... I love the high I get after them.0

I love recovery week so far, day one of it is complete!
5 more days of it before I hit up Month #2...
