Here you can write down the amount of time you exercised in a week or the number of cals torched :-)
And maybe try to top that number each week!
I walked A LOT last week and yesterday the total of cals I burned was 1759 ! Very happy and I'm going to try to beat that for next week :-)

I have to be sedentary because of an injury, but that would not be my approach because I'd likely burn out and quit. Instead, I would aim to do four (or whatever number) of vigorous workouts per week and try to meet that goal for a month.0

It's a very good aproach you're having. I try to go outside & walk a bit, but when I burn the most is when I run or do some videos on Youtube :-)

This time I burned total 1910 kcal !!! Yeah, I know it is not a lot but at this time I'm studying & have to force myself to get a bit of excercise. i'd like to go back on the 30 day shred, it worked awesome I thought :-)0
