week 7,day 1

Worked my *kitten* off last week to at least lose a lb..HONESTLY, IM SOOO HAPPY bc two weeks prior I only lost inches...but thank HEAVENS something is starting to come off again...starting to think that it was me gaining muscles and losing fat, and my body doing what it needs to store the muscles that will hopefully soon show up..soo far I've only lost 9lbs during this challenge and I'm quite happy with that..I guess everything that we put our mind to and accomplish as a group have been working..I hope everyone else is seeing results on the scale like I am :))

Goals for this week is listed below..

1. 35 pushups, 120 crunches a day
2. 2 fruits and 2veggies a day
3. new workout routine ( however you would like to do it for the next couple of weeks..need ideas)
4. extra 5 min a day stretching
5. lose 1-2 lbs by next monday
6. add a personal goal for the week

My personal goal for the week is:

1. continue no bread for the month..(did really bad last week soo starting all over again this week)
2. lose 2-3 lbs this week.
3. monday-thursday this week (hoping for a friday)

    Great goals this week!!! I'm starting Ripped in 30 today so that's my new workout. Hopefully we all can start doing it together b/c I've heard great things about it. Some people say its better than 30DS so I shall see.

    My personal goal for the week:

    I have 1.2 lbs to go before I hit my 15 lb goal and reward myself with getting my belly peirced again so I'm setting this as my weight loss goal for the week.

    Im doing NMTZ but I am tempted to go get RI30! Plus its only 30 min!
