Yes if you're starting, in the middle of or finishing. As long as you complete it by July. It will be motivating for those doing it to see the progress pics of those who finish first0

I'll be starting Extreme Shed and Shred (or whichever way it goes) tomorrow. Even though I won't be doing the 30DS, it might be interesting to see if the results differ at all. Will be posting befores soon enough!0

Hi all!
I'll be starting the 30DS tonight to supplement my cardio workouts in the morning. I've done it before but never for more than a week LOL. I'll definitely stick to it this time! can't wait to go home and do my first workout.

Tomorrow will be Day 9 for me, but given that I SO didn't want to do it today, I'd say having a daily roll call to answer to might help when I have another Bleh day.0

Today I am on Week 1 Day 7 but I also do the C25K program. I have before pics but not measurements yet (oops). I'll do those today. I doubt I changed that much from 6 days.0

I'm working late tonite, so if I can't get to start tonite, I'll start tomorrow morning. In the meantime, when I have downtime, I'll take my measurements. Besides, right/left thigh, waist, hips and right/left arm, what else do I need to measure. I forgot!0

Day 1 in. The last time I did D1L1, I couldn't walk up and down my stairs for 2 days, and 3lb weights were so heavy! Today was much better, used 5 and 8s.
This will keep me totally accountable, since I slept this morning to get my body back on track from a long weekend and back to overnights. I wasn't even going to try a workout today.
I'll do measurements tomorrow, also starting Turbofit.

Ok no before pictures as photobucket is throwing a fit tonight.
I do however have my starting Stats
Weight 188lbs
Left Arm - 36cm
Right Arm - 36.5cm
Under Bust - 92cm
Waist - 96cm
Hips - 111cm
Right Thigh - 67cm
Left Thigh - 67cm
I have decided to weigh in and measure at the end/start of every level so next weigh in is Thursday/Friday 30 days will be 14th June0 -

Loving the 30DS! I start level 2 on Wednesday, already feel ALOT fitter.
I took all my measurements and ''before'' photos on Day 1, will post results when ive finished0 -
Did my first day today! Almost postponed it to tomorrow because I couldn't take my before pics today but I don't think it'll make much of a difference if I take them on day 2.
(Hopefully I WILL take them lol, I've been avoiding the camera for so long I find it really hard to take pictures of myself and see them and I'm kinda scared it will depress me more than anything but I wouldn't want to regret it later.)0 -
OMG, I'm too excited, so I'll start tomoz and do it from Youtube until I get it come through the post =D0

i sooo want to start today but i will join in tomorrow. i have 2 finals tonight not over until 10 pm!! and im @ work so after a 14 hr day today I will want to go home.

I've just done day 2 of level 2. I did the 1st day of level 2, 3 days ago and my shoulders and upper back were too sore afterwards. I had to force myself to get it done today but I'm glad I did, let's hope I'm not too sore tomorrow, this level is for sure harder!
I took pics/measurements on day 1 and day 10. will do again on day 20 & 30.0 -
I just finished my workout for the night. I'm on day 6, level 1. My calves are the first part of my body to get toned...love it! I also started the Butt Bible workout tonight. Lol. Good luck everyone...we can do this!0
