I'm curious about those that have had VSG and are now at their goal weight. Is it possible to eat enough calories to be an active "athlete" type? How many calories can you take in? And how soon after VSG were you able to start a hard workout regime?

I'm not at goal yet, but I'm doing Runner's World begining runner program. You can find their book on their site call "Run Your Butt Off" I started before surgery with walking. I started running after my 1 month check up. I wouldn't work your core until your doc says so.0
