Need some inspiration

Woke up and feelin lazy... is it bad to have a lazy day??? or is that just an excuse to not get my butt up off my computer chair and shed some calories???? lololol What does anyone else do to get up and go when u jus dont wanna????

    Just try and do a little something. Sometimes I find that on the laziest of days, once I get moving it turns into a bigger workout than I originally planned. Or, take a day off! Just not too many ;)

    I go do it anyway. I found a structured routine helps me to keep going. For example, I'm doing the StrongLifts program, and my lift days are M-W-F. I was sick this past Monday, which threw off my usual schedule, and I was all antsy Monday and yesterday, because I missed it, and started planning how I'd work the third day back in this week (because I'm neurotic about the "workout week" actually falling into a calendar week).
