What is your current workout routine? I'm starting Slim in 6 on June 1st.

    I work out 4 days a week at the gym. I'm thinking about adding one more day.

    Right now it's just walking 2 miles per day, one in the morning and one in the evening.

    Right now, I walk Sat, Sun, Tues, and Thurs. and a I do Hip Hop Abs on Monday and Wednesday....Friday is my down day.
