    Jillian Michaels' 30 Day Shred and Yoga Meltdown
    Rodney Yee's Core Cross Train Yoga and Ultimate Power Yoga
    I'm on my last week of "Ease into Bridge to 10K"
    Bike Riding

    haha I do about anything to get my butt moving--I volunteer for the walking/heavy lifting jobs at work, cardio at the gym, push ups and leg lifts in the middle of the night!
