Hello - This is the first group I've joined. I'm 5'7 1/2 or so, and I'm looking for some support but I'm too private/embarrassed to post pictures and share my weight information publicly on the forums. Are these groups discussions totally private to the group? That's what I'm looking for!

Hiya welcome to the group
I was the same when I started! I didn't dare put up a photo of myself or put my ticker on the bottom of posts, incase anyone I knew found me. However, my ticker doesn't have my full weight-loss, I think I would be embarrassed if anyone found out!

Thanks for that info! I see that your profile is private only to your friends. Maybe I can use that feature to post some pics but remain anonymous on the site. I don't have any friends yet either 0
