Just bought a new bikini! What's your swim suit look like?

I bought it online because I couldn't find a bright patterned one I liked (and was within my budget) in a store 
I haven't bought a new swim suit in years, and I've never had a string bikini before, but I'm really close to my goal and hoping that hanging this on my wall will help motivate me I'm going to the lake with some friends in about 4 weeks and hoping I'll be comfortable enough to wear this. I'm also thinking of getting my belly button pierced, but we'll see

I want a new one. I think when I hit 155 I'm going to let myself get one.
This is my current one. I like it enough, I just want a new one, and I usually wear shorts over it in public.

Mine is green and white checked. I just got it today. I also got one that's fully white with a kind of lace-but-not-lace floral pattern that's really cute I think They're both from calzedonia, this year's collection. 0

I also have regular one pieces... but because it's waterpolo season, I usually wear the one above. It's too bad I practice in an outdoor pool

My suit is yet to be purchased for this summer, I was hoping to be a few pounds lighter before buying one!! Luckily, I have til about mid July until I need one! Then it's ten days poolside!!! I'm hoping to find a cute monokini, if it works with my body by that time!!
I do however, also have a hot pink string bikini, but it's for progress photos, long long way to go before I feel comfortable in it in public if ever!!!0 -

It's not shown in the photo, but it has a removable halter strap, which I'll be utilizing, since it gives it a nice somewhat retro look. It's the first one-piece I've owned since I was a little kid...I've always done tankinis or bikinis, but I really liked this one when I tried it on in-stores. It's one of those "shaping" ones, which is nice...I can't believe how it makes my waist look! It's honestly really flattering on me, which I was surprised at. I also got this nice cover-up at Victoria's Secret for it, since I'd rather not strut around town wearing a 1-piece...yet...haha!

I didn't get a new one this year - at least not yet - but last here I got this polka dot one that's reversible to stripes from Kohls:

I have another that's a black halter top with boy shorts, which is more modest. It's what I wore during Warrior Dash last year, but with a mini-kilt over the bottoms and some faux fur stitched to the top. I'm not crazy about it, but it would be good to wear in mixed company... like around the in-laws or my 17 year old nephews' friends.0 -

I tried on a bunch at JCP. Looked at Marshalls & TJ Maxx. Couldn't find any I liked. Then went to Burlington Coat Factory and hit the mother load!
Just about all their bikinis were $15.99 or less. I found a lot I liked, but these two were my favorites. The blue one reminds me of 1970s wallpaper and was $12.99, and since I couldn't decide on red or pink, I got both together and it was only $9.99!
Of course, as soon as I bought them, the weather changed.0 -

I love the contrast on the red one too. But I am more into fuchsia than red. Oh well we'll see in a few months. I am jealous of you ladies who don't need to get bra sized suits. So many more choices. For me? Horrible. No support at all. They can be too small and too big at the same time! 0 -
