    hello. i'm in the richmond area. Don't look like there are many Virginians around MFP for some reason.

    Good luck on P90x. I can't get into that one as it's too much with pullups/pushups. I've got shoulder problems that P90x just makes worse. But I hear it's a good workout for people. Hope it helps you get where you want to be.
