I am a huge tower Defense nut. Gemcraft, Glissaria, and Kingdom Rush are some of my favorites on Kongregate.
I also suggest Sol Survivor and Defense Grid on steam.
Have you ever tried Dungeon Defenders? It feels like a mash up of Gauntlet and Tower Defense, the game is fantastic.0
