I'm trying to eat healthier and cleaner. Yesterday I went way over my daily sugar limits because I did not read the labels. My Boost Protein shake had way more sugar than I thought. It also has HFCS and other ingredients that I can't even pronounce. I need to get plenty of protein but I cant just eat all the time. Does anyone know of good, pure protein powders or shakes?
