2. How many points do I get per day?
Actually, you get 100 points per WEEK.
3. I ate 2 slices of cake this morning, do I subtract 2 x 10 = 20 points?
If you had the 2 slices in one sitting, for example for breakfast, subtract 10 points. If you had the 2 slices at different times, for example for breakfast and then for lunch, then subtract the 20 points. Which means if you have a whole cake at one time you will end up with more points than if you have a slice now, then later, then later, etc. My reasoning for this is a little hard to explain, but to make it as simple as I can, I believe having a cheat MEAL (no matter how big) is better than having a cheat DAY.
