Hello there! I am a full time working mother of 3 -- 5 yrs, 3 yrs, and a new one born this past March. My first child I lost my preganncy weight plus 30 lbs off of my original pre-pregnancy weight after birth (i ate really well and walked a mile everyday and went to the gym every morning) but it all came back after I went back to work... my second child I only lost what I had put on during pregnancy and when i went back to work I gained (I ate okay during my pregnancy and did not walk much at all and there was no going to gym at all)... now with my third, I lost my pregnancy weight but nothing else and I am just starting back to work. I have gone to the gym and done classes like zumba, pilates, and bellydance and those are tons of fun... but I am really worried about gaining more weight now that I am back at work (i sit all day). I am looking for support and motivation and ideas on exercise & nutrition to keep me from gaining and help me lose the pounds. I am exclusively breastfeeding and I want to make sure I am getting the proper balance of nutrition for my baby... but not overdoing it either. Its a tough balancing act. My day starts at 4am and doesnt end til around 10pm.. I know I can find time to treat myself right somewhere in there!! I know there are other mothers out there facing the same challenges I am and I would love to hear from you on how you do it and any helpful suggestions you have for me for exercise, nutrition, and support.

Welcome!! I just had baby #4 five weeks ago.
It's great to have you in the group.... seems like being at a healthy weight is an ongoing battle and hard to juggle!0
