Hi there!
This is my second time joining this site.. I joined before and lost 30lbs after my first pregnancy and now im back after my second(he's now four months) looking to lose another 30 lbs. My first pregnancy resulted in a c-section and no matter how much weight I lose I can never get rid of my extremely loose skin( I think my muscles have seperated or something). I was wondering if anyone has experienced this and if you know any good exercises to help with it. Also, add me. I would love to have a strong support system.

Bump! I had a c-section almost a year ago, i'm down below my pre-pregnancy weight but this flab and additional love handles are preventing me from wearing any of my old jeans. I always used to be bottom heavy in my butt and thighs with a fairly flat stomach, but since the c-section I've been busting my butt to rid myself of this flab with no luck. Just started the 30 day shred tuesday and i'm going to do 2 rounds of that followed by P90x and then insanity. If that doesn't get rid of this gross pouch then I give up0
