I hope you all have enjoyed the challenge of going it solo... ;)

IN other words, I've been on vacation, and not able to post.

So, what kinds of improvements have you made this week? Have you worked on something we already approached? Something new?

This week, I gained 5 pounds but look smaller. I think I can officially claim it as mostly muscle gains. I also was able to up my resistance at aquatics again, so now I'm using the big dumbbells and feeling pretty badass ;) That along with the promotion at my job has really helped boost my otherwise shaky morale!

So fess up,what's your week been like?

    I will admit, I've had a little bit of a lax week. We did a staycation last weekend, and this week evening has been relaxing.

    However I was able to complete the 30 minutes of Wii stepping, with 2400+ steps. The most I have ever tried has been the 20 minute with a goal of 1600 steps.

    My measrements this week are down. Average from 48.44% ratio to my height down to 47.34% ratio.

    Tomorrow we find out if we are going into Moving/Reno hell/blessing. So we are relaxing while we can.

    This week I have also initiated taking a walk around the parking lot on my lunch. It isn't long but it adds about 750 steps to my day.
