Hi guys! I'm Kaylyn and I have a very handsome 5 month old son however, I've packed on some pounds that I can't seem to get off. I was very active in high school but fell off during college and gained 30 pounds. Last year, I started doing P90X and then found out I was pregnant so I quit and just relied on the fast pace of working full-time in foodservice. I've had problems finding time to exercise between taking care of a baby, going to school and anything else life throws at me. I'm hoping that I will stay involved in this board in order to provide more accountability for what I'm putting in my mouth and how much exercise I do. Any advice is greatly appreciated!
