Hi Plankers!!

I'm so happy to see that some of you are still keeping this up. Sorry I have been MIA. It was my birthday and there was a party and recovery ;-) and then I was out of town for work. But I did do one plank when I was gone and I did one today. And I wore a dress when I was traveling in which I had to suck in my abs all day! Has to count for something, right???

    :bigsmile: :bigsmile: :bigsmile: 110 seconds today (1 minute and 50 seconds) not bad for midday after two hours of dog walking in the morning, two hour line dance class and an hour of working in the yard including carrying rocks around.

    :bigsmile: I'm in favor of continuing this challenge into June.:bigsmile:
