I'm not sure if I can post this here, or not. Just let me know if it's a problem and I won't do it again...
Anyway...
I wanted to let everyone know that I run healthy living/weight loss support group on the North End. Right now we meet twice a week to work out together on Wednesdays from 7pm to 9pm and on Sunday from 9am to 11am. In June we will be adding Monday evenings as well, and we do weigh-ins on Sunday mornings. If anyone is interested in knowing more, feel free to send me a message! Oh! And we also have a group on MFP.

I workout with this group and really enjoy it! Most workouts for me are by myself at the gym or running outside, so it has been nice to participate in group workouts a couple of times a week. I love it!0
