Level 1 Day 2 complete. Push ups and side lunges with weights were sooo hard. HAd to drop the weights for the first ones. I am incredible sore. Looking forward to tomorrow.0

I've only just found this group, I'm on day 11 today or day 1 of level 2! My goal was to do the shred before the night of my 21st birthday party (16th of June) so I will be finished on the 14th yay0
