Today is my rest day....i think every saturday will be a rest day for me. Getting back to do Day 3 tomorrow morning before work. I am eating SUPER healthy today. And I did walk to work and I DID take the stairs instead of the elevator!!0

Day 5 level 1 just finished despite an interruption! Apparently someone moved into the apartment below us and heard me doing my jumping jacks! Whoops. Hopefully no one will mind when I do my cardio outside my apartment door on the concrete landing! Hahaha : ]0

Day 5 @ my hotel after a less than feeling breakfast but I think it was my best performance yet!

I did day 4 yesterday but with running and packing/travelling 6 hours. I didn't have time to check in. I'm at a wedding and have eaten like poop so far today. Breakfast was a donut and coffee. Lunch 2 cupcakes and punch. I had better at least get in something to energize my body at dinner or I don't know how I will make it through a 3 mile run tonight when the sun sets (it's like 93 degrees right now.) It is hard to eat healthy on the road with a 4 year old. Any ideas?0 -
