Ok, so a positive post

I go through time of the "po' me's" when wallowing in self pity feels like it works for me. An eventually, Suzy Sunshine rears her head and Life is Good. As we all know, taking the first step to do anything (like moving from sedentary to active) is the last thing we want to do. But this I know is true--If I feel the pain and do it anyway, it usually feels better. If I get up and do something simple like plant a pot of geraniums, or sweep the porch, or fold laundry as soon s it comes out of the dryer, I can go to bed at night feeling worthwhile. By most afternoons around 3:00 or 4:00 the depression sets in because everything that needed to be done yesterday still needs to be done today. But by pushing through the pain, I can pat myself on the back with an "atta girl." And the other advantage --- moving = burning calories = weight loss. Try it and report it.
