Insanity Upper Body Weight Training

Does any of you do the upper body weight training? I'm doing weights just for my arms & shoulders, just he basics with dumbbells and I'm wonderin' if I can do the insanity weight training instead. I watched it today its kinda intense (of course, its Insanity, lol), 47 mins. I don't know when to do that, and how many days in a week. Any suggestions? But after doing the max interval circuit and plyo, I'm always wiped out. so I dont know how to add that one. Just finished my 1st week of 2nd Month.Thanks!

    I do 4 times a week of weight training on top of Insanity. I haven't watched that video yet, but my standard upper body day has a couple exercises for all the big core muscles (eg, lat pulldowns and bent over rows, chest press and flies, etc)
