I have used MFP in the past and havent really taken it seriously but this time around i plan on it. I am so happy to have found a group like this i am 5'11 and weight currently about 188-189 it flucates i feel like i am on the more athletic build side. i work out often doing crossfit zumba and running. I would like to get down to 160 that would be my ideal goal weight but for now my first goal would be 170. I eat clean for the most part my biggest down fall would be night time bingeing. I plan on making it a rule of not eating past 8pm. Wish me luck !
