What do you plan on doing this week?
Things continue to be nutty, but my rough plan is as follows:
M-Spin am; weights pm
T: run/bike am
W: Spin am: weights pm
Th: run/bike am
F: yoga if possible (crazy times)
S: weights if possible (crazy times)
S: Long bike if possible (crazy times)

Oh! And I just signed up for a 3k swim and one of the two tris I plan on doing-yaaay!

Looks a good week.
I'm returning to training this week after a week off post Ironman.
Walked 3 miles briskly to work this morning and will run home tonight to see if my legs work.
Bike tomorrow, swim wednesday and thursday, run wednesday and bike friday.
Run at weekend, am away so no bike.0 -
Sounds like great plans for the week! Alyssa, congrats on finishing the 5k. Ironholgs congrats for finishing an ironman!

Finished our mud run and it rocked! All my intervals really helped out. After a weekend of fun and food, I took off Sunday, did strength today.
Tuesday: Run 30mins
Wed: Bike and strength
Thurs: Run 30
Fri: Swim 30, strength
Sat: Bike 20, run 20
Sunday: strength0 -
Mon-Rest
Tues-3 mile run
Wed-15 mile bike
Thurs-800yd swim 3 mile run
Friday-15 mile bike
Saturday-800yd swim 4 mile run
Sunday-20 mile bike0 -
M- 1800 in the pool
T- 35 min run, 1:30 ride, weights, yoga
W- 30 min recovery run, 3k in the pool
Th- 1:30 of intervals on the trainer
F- 1:25 long run, 1 hr recovery spin
S- Off
Su- 2:40 long ride w/ 30 min easy Trun
My coach says next week I get to learn to do butterfly. I'm soooooo excited (sarcasm).0
