Why are you interested in this challenge? What do you hope to achieve by watching what you eat and eliminating stuff from your diet?

    What I hope to accomplish?

    I would like to eat clean for the entire challenge. I eat clean during the week - however, at the moment I have one cheat day a week.
    I would like to eliminate that from my diet.

    I would also like to increase the amount of protein I eat and decrease the number of carbs I eat daily.

    What do you want to accomplish??

    I'm hoping to reduce my body fat in general but my belly fat in particular. Hoping that eating clean along with exercise will help me to do that.

    I also would like to increase my protein.

    I want to overcome my late-afternoon-stressed-or-bored-at-work-chocolate-craving.
    (...and lose 10 lbs by the end of the month)

    I want to make a habit of not eating bad foods. Hopefully this will be the start of better habits forever.
