WEIGH-IN DAY!!!

Hey everybody! We were supposed to weigh-in yesterday but it was Memorial Day so I know everybody was probably cooking out and eating good b/c I know I was! lol Anyway...last week I set my weight loss goal at 1.2 lbs so that I would finally hit 15 lbs loss and to my surprise that's exactly what I lost, 1.2LBS!!!! I finally lost 15 lbs total! Still have a ways to go and I can't see the difference yet but I know it's coming!

I would LOVE to be at 200 lbs by June 25th's weigh-in, which is 13 lbs in 4 weeks, so we'll see how that goes. TOM is here this week and I feel like a balloon! This week I have set my weight loss goal at 2lbs...fingers crossed...

week 7: 213.0

    Hey!! Sorry I couldnt get on yesterday had an extremely busy day and couldnt get to a computer..well good new!!
    My personal goal for the week was to at least lose 2 lbs and I lost 5!! aaahhhh!!! yyaaaayyy!!

    SO happy for you girl!! You are looking great tho bc I KNOW that I could already see it! keep up the good work..i saw my fam yesterday and everyone says that they can def see the difference in my face and my stomach and legs so i'm really happy about that i just need to push extra hard this week... i will def post the new goals for the week in a couple of hours..now im at work and when i get time to do anything, it's actually on the work computer..ttyl gals hope everyone was as successful as the two of us!!

    Ok so I didnt weigh in on monday but I did weigh this morning because I have just been so bad! I keep saying I am going to get back at it and it isnt happening! I have started to feel bloated and fat again and really am not feeling good about me right now!! All I have done for almost 2 months is gain and gain some more! I am definitely going in the wrong direction! I had said that by monday I wanted to be down at least 3-4lbs and I am sticking to it so lets see if I can do this!

    Its ok girl we all have our ups and downs...just jump back in and get to work! I haven't worked out all week until tonight so don't put yourself down. You have done an awesome job this far and I know you can finish with a bang!
