I just finished my first 24DC with Advocare and I feel fantastic! 
I lost a total of 8 lbs and overall lost a total of 9.5 inches! I'm not at goal or even close to my end goal, but am more determined than ever! Anyone have any advice or words of wisdom for getting the weight off with Advocare?!
